Fire Risk Assessment

The cottage follows fire regulations. The upstairs bedroom windows are double opening should you need to get out in an emergency but are lockable as well from the inside, as are all the windows in the cottage.

All escape routes are kept clear in case of fire and there are keys for all the doors clearly in view. There are three doors downstairs, one from the kitchen, French doors in the lounge and front door off the entrance.

The cottage has a fire extinguisher blanket on the kitchen wall, and there is a smoke alarm fitted at the bottom of the stairs in the lounge.
